  Bought a 2014 fiat 500 from their second hand range. A car that is been hunting for for weeks. Initially it was out if my price range then was dramatically reduced and from phoning and speaking to David in Sales, driving to Avalon and to buying it took less than 1 hour. Happy with the way I was dealt with and on day I picked car up they made me feel i was an important customer. Will definitely use again

  Extremely disappointed! I wouldn’t advise anybody to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. I Brought a 18 month old DS 3 that had recorded 10500 Miles and was told that the vehicle was supplied with a 3 month mechanical and 12 year paint and corrosion warranty and the vehicle had been inspected by Avalon Citroen. After 7 weeks paint started to flake off the rear bumper. It transpires that the car had been repaired and a second hand bumper had been sprayed and that the rear bumper had not been re-fitted correctly. Avalon tell me that neither warranty cover this. I have had to chase for a reply to all but one of my emails sent to them and now they ignore all my correspondence.
